1. Registered users (private persons) who have lost/misplaced the registration key or have changed the computer have the right to obtain a replacement registration key for free when the frequency of such request is reasonable.
To obtain the free key replacement:
     1. Download and install the newest version of the program paid for.
     2. Submit the proof of registration: receipt, the old regkey or the old email received from us.
     3. Submit the new register.txt > see Note below
IMPORTANT:
This is a free service to registered users. Please do not abuse it.
However, if there will be necessary to send more than one email regarding that matter, we reserve the right to apply the fee of $10.00.
This fee will be applied when one of the following is taking place:
     * the full content of the register.txt was not submitted
     * submitted information has missing header (which contains title, Version, Product No. & Release No.)
     * submitted register.txt is taken from the different computer than the one to be registered.
     * the program was not updated to the newest version.
     * the email with the registration was returned for the reasons described below.
The registration is sent by email with the file attachment regkey.zip, which contains the executable file.
Most of the companies and also gmail service do not allow to receive such attachments.
If you are unable to receive such email attachment please provide the alternate email address, or place the request to make it available online for downloading.
Also, if you are unable to submit some proof of registration and the search of the database is required, the fee will be also $10.00

2. When the registered user is a company, a company's employee or the time passed since last request is unreasonable, the replacement key processing fee is $10.00
To obtain the key replacement:
      1. Select below one of two secure online banks: PayPal or SWREG and make a payment.

		Starting July 1, 2003 United Kingdom and European customers may be asked to pay additional VAT tax when using SWREG. There is not VAT tax deducted when using PayPal for online payment or when sending the payment directly to me.

     2. Download and install the newest version of the program paid for.
     3. Submit the proof of registration: receipt, old regkey or the old email received from us.
     4. Submit the new register.txt
